These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pgok platform. By registering or using pgok, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pgok ("pgok", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your registration, access, and use of the pgok online gaming platform available at pgok.today and any associated services. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on the pgok platform.
By accessing the pgok platform, creating a player account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the pgok platform. pgok reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time; your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Age Requirement

Jurisdiction
pgok accepts players from Bangladesh. Access from prohibited jurisdictions is not permitted.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold only one active pgok account. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. KYC must be complete before withdrawal.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Misuse of bonuses will result in forfeiture.
Security & KYC
pgok uses SSL encryption and requires KYC verification. Account security is the player's responsibility.
Eligibility
Who May Use pgok
Access to and use of the pgok platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions. pgok reserves the right to verify compliance with these eligibility requirements at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the pgok platform.
- You must be accessing pgok from Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have previously requested that pgok close your account on responsible gaming grounds.
- You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information when registering and must update your account details if any information changes.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Only the registered account holder may use a pgok account.
Accounts
Player Account Rules
Each player is entitled to hold only one (1) registered account on the pgok platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses held across those accounts.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgok account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. pgok will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pgok support immediately via the contact email address displayed on the pgok website.
Account Verification (KYC)
pgok is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable standards. You may be asked to submit identity documents (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account's lifecycle. pgok reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals or gameplay pending KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time frame may result in account closure.
Account Closure
You may request the closure of your pgok account at any time by contacting pgok support. pgok may also close or suspend your account at its discretion if you breach these Terms, if fraud or suspicious activity is detected, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, pgok reserves the right to retain any funds as permitted by law.
Payments
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
pgok supports a range of payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the pgok platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pgok does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.
Deposits
Deposits to your pgok account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the pgok cashier at the time of the transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your pgok account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. pgok is not responsible for delays caused by payment network issues outside our control.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on your pgok account, subject to KYC verification being complete. pgok processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the pgok cashier. Withdrawal requests may be delayed in circumstances where additional verification is required. pgok reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Responsible Use of Funds
Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to pgok are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of unlawful activity. pgok operates anti-money laundering procedures and may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable law. You must not use the pgok platform to process funds on behalf of another person.
Bonuses
Bonus and Promotion Terms
pgok offers bonuses and promotional rewards from time to time, including a welcome bonus for newly registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
- Bonuses are credited to your pgok account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.
- pgok reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where pgok has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms or any applicable promotion rules.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as bonus funds unless the specific promotion terms state that they carry no wagering requirement.
- pgok reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at pgok's sole discretion and pgok owes no obligation to offer any specific promotion to any player.
Responsible Gaming
pgok's Commitment to Responsible Play
pgok is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide tools that allow players to set deposit limits, session time limits, and to request temporary time-outs or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Players who feel that their gaming is becoming a problem are encouraged to use these tools and to contact pgok support for guidance. pgok reserves the right to intervene in a player's account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player may be experiencing a gambling-related harm. Such intervention may include placing temporary deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or account suspension pending contact with the player. pgok operates these measures in good faith and in the interests of player welfare. 21+ only.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions That Are Strictly Prohibited on pgok
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgok platform. pgok reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the following activities, and to forfeit all balances held in such accounts.
- Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresenting your age, identity or location.
- Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to interact with the pgok platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or that circumvents pgok's security or game integrity measures.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other players to manipulate game outcomes on the pgok platform.
- Using the pgok platform to launder money or to process funds derived from unlawful activity, or facilitating such activity by any other person.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in pgok's platform or games for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
Intellectual Property
Platform Content and Ownership
All content on the pgok platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and database content, is the proprietary property of pgok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pgok platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the pgok platform without the prior written consent of pgok.
Liability
Limitation of pgok's Liability
pgok provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgok excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. pgok does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the pgok platform is at your own risk.
In no event shall pgok be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the pgok platform, including losses of profits, data, or goodwill, even if pgok has been advised of the possibility of such damages. pgok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your pgok account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments
Changes to These Terms
pgok reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, pgok will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the pgok platform. Your continued use of the pgok platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the pgok platform and may request account closure.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the pgok platform. In the event of a dispute between you and pgok, we encourage you to contact pgok support in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. pgok aims to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
